5 week challenge starts today, Monday July 8th!

Weight currently: 120 lbs
Goal weight: 110 lbs
lose: 2 lbs/week
Height: 5'1

ShayCarl has inspired me to do the five week challenge! I'm motivated and can't wait to start working out. My goal is to lose 10 pounds these 5 weeks, and I think it's a reachable goal. I hope this blog motivates you to start too.

Later tonight, I will post my current body, & everything I've eaten during the day as well as my workout.
